Following a tour of the brewery, what better place to end than in the sample cellar! This was a small area sectioned off from the main conditioning cellar
In the above picture you can see a partitioned off area at the back. This was a temperature controlled room where a sample from each brew was taken and stored for quality control purposes. One of the casks in this room is shown below.
